The room service was prompt. The rooms were very tidy. An attendant named abdul was very polite and helpful. He fulfilled all requests promptly. His work deserves praise. The pool is notably large and surrounded by beautiful foliage, picturesque setting.
I was overcharged at the Wa'ha restaurant. Despite reporting this to the resort, and confirmation that the manager would contact me, I have received no call back. This lack of follow-up is concerning and detracts from the overall experience. I work in the hospitality sector, so this really worried me.

The room was spacious. It featured elegant design and was pretty good, with plush bedding and high-end amenities. Everything was luxurious, so relaxing. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

The resort offers exclusivity and a relaxing vibe that really makes one enjoy their stay. The hotel is located in a central area, providing convenient access to numerous attractions and activities, so I had the chance to visit the city centre.

The fitness center was very excellent. It included a variety of modern equipment for a comprehensive workout. It was the BEST hotel gym. The pool area had plentiful loungers and shaded sections that created a comfortable environment.

The staff provided perfect service throughout the stay. Check-in was swiftly completed. The staff showed attentiveness and friendliness, which really improved my time there. the main thing.
